First time champions for the Oakbrook Open sponsored by Marine View Beverage. These two stormed through the playoffs and took home the first ever Oakbrook Players Trophy. 

Formerly the Oakbrook Open, the event changed venues and was re-named the Oakbrook Invitational.

Set at the newly designed Cobain Sports Complex, the team of Cobain/Bunch took advantage of the home field.

Now back to back winners Cobain/Bunch have set the standard for all other teams in the future. While a 2x champion could be an easy task for repeat winners, the bar has been set as back to back champions.  A record that should be held for awhile. 

Coming off their win at the International Invitational these guys took the Oakbrook Invitational by surprise.  While the International Invitational is a much less prestigious event, it is still a rare feat. 

They are still the only team in history to win both the International Invitational and Oakbrook Invitational at Chamber's Bay in the same year.

While not a shock for this duo to win it, it was still a surprise.  Failing to get a #1 seed, this team battled and stood victorious among a very strong lineup.  Probably the strongest in years.  Expect this team to compete for a back to back championship in 2022.   Ignore that last part, they didn't win in 2022.  

For the first time ever, we have a 3x champion.  Beating the legendary team of Burkhart & McDonough, the team of Cobain & Bunch pulled off a very close victory.

Despite setting a course record of 63-6, Burkhart & McDonough fell short.

In the most exciting finish in Oakbrook Invitational at Chamber's Bay history, the team of Blackman & Robin took out 3 time champions of Cobain & Bunch.

Celebration for their historic win was brought on by the years of loss in heartbreaking fashion.
